In- house Salon Training
I have traveled over the UK to help salons with keeping their clients up to date with certain looks. In most salons, there will be one or two people who will be the main people who style hair up, and a few stylists who would like to, but lack in confidence or only can do the basic's.
Before arriving to your salon, I will ask how many people require training, what all your experience is as a hairstylist and what you all would like to gain from my training. I will ask for images of previous styles that you all can do in the salon, and ask for what you would like to achieve.
Whether it will be demonstrations, or demonstrations and hands on training. Depending on your time as I know most salons are very busy, and how each stylist likes to learn. Some salons like to provide models which I ask for them to source themselves, or I am happy to cater training heads if more convenient.
